Richard was named a “Top 10 Under 40” attorney by both the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017) and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (2013, 2015).
Richard began his law career at Bryan Cave, LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and class action lawsuits. Soon after he joined the team at Skousen, Gulbrandsen & Patience, PLC, he began specializing in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, and more.
Rich's educational background is equally impressive. A summa cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University, he received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. While there, he served as an editor of the Virginia Law Review.
Rich has been admitted to the Arizona Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. In addition, he is a current member of the Arizona Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
